2. What insight, principle, or observation from Sunday’s sermon/message did you find to be most helpful, eye opening, or troubling?

3. Read Colossians 3:1-2. Why is it important to fix your eyes on “things above” rather than “things on earth”? How you think it will help you personally to “keep seeking the things above, where Christ is”?

4. Read 1 Corinthians 3:10-15. Share some of the false foundations have you built your life on in the past? What are some ways you can build on the foundation of Jesus Christ?

5. What do you think is the difference between renovating and building something new? According to Colossians 3:1-4, what role does Jesus play in us being “renovated”?

6. Read Colossians 3:10,12-14. What does “transformation time” mean in a Christian’s life? How are we supposed to bear with one another?

7. Read 2 Peter 1:5-8. What are the building blocks that God uses to transform our lives? If we grow in these “qualities,” what is promised to us according to 2 Peter 1:8?

8. Read Colossians 3:15-16. Share what it means to let Christ’s peace “richly dwell” in you. What ways can do you do a better job of soaking in Scripture and spiritual song daily?

9. Read 2 Timothy 1:5,7. What role does a “sincere faith” play in building a strong family and then passing that legacy down to our children?
