Have you ever felt like God just didn’t know you existed? Maybe you got to a place in your life where you felt like God lost your address. Whether it was divorce, abuse, the death of a child, addiction, losing our job, or declaring bankruptcy, there are plenty of circumstances we encounter in life that feel dark.

Here’s what I want you to know. Some comebacks occur instantaneously while others take time. Let me say it in a more painful way. Sometimes we have to WAIT for our Comeback.

His promises are true but sometimes they take time. Sometimes we have to wait.
· It takes time for the relationship to heal.
· It takes time for our children to find their way back to God
· It takes time for the dream God placed in you to be revealed.


Sometimes, it takes time for God to get us ready for our comeback.

I want a comeback and I want it now. But what if God has a different plan for your comeback? What if He has waiting in mind for you? Are you okay with that?

One man explained it this way, “It took God 40 days to get his people out of Egypt but it took Him 40 years to get Egypt out of them.”

God was getting them ready for the dream. He was preparing them for the promise.

The question is, “How do we wait?” What do we do while we are waiting for our comeback? We TRUST!
· We trust that God is up to something good even when we don’t see it.
· We trust that He is with us even when we don’t feel it.
· We keep trusting even when things don’t seem to be getting any better in our lives.

Joseph had a dream, he was thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, falsely accused and ultimately thrown in prison. It’s not going so well for Joseph. But everything was about to change.

The closer you stay to Him the closer you are to your comeback!

Have you been waiting for your Comeback? Sometimes, it takes time for God to get us ready for our comeback.

I encourage you to keep trusting God and hanging around people who are trying to trust Him too.
