At the beginning of the New Year of 2017, we need a Reset. Let's learn how to do a reset in our own personal lives as we look at how legends of the faith did so in the book of beginnings: Genesis!
* Your first line of defense IS TO PRAY
* Don’t trade the promises of God for PERCEIVED SECURITY OF THIS LIFE
* Begin to walk back TOWARDS GOD
* Seek the giver, NOT THE GIFT
* You can get stuck IN THE DESERT
Abraham was a regular guy. Though he demonstrated faith in God, he faltered at times. Why? Because he was human just like us. Yet, as God demonstrated in Genesis 12:10-20, no failure is final. Just like Abraham, we can RESET our focus and faith back on God.
