In the message Pastor Chad stated, "The hope of the world is Jesus". Read John 3:16-18 again. What is your response/reaction to Jesus' words? Who do you know that needs hope in their life?
Pastor Chad explained our personal responsibility to the mission of Jesus by declaring, "We represent Jesus in our lives". He asked, "Are you patient and kind?" in numerous life areas. Where are you excellent being patient and kind? Where do you struggle to represent the love of Jesus?
In your journey to faith in Christ, how did you hear about life-change through Jesus Christ?
How are you intentionally representing Christ in your daily life?
What are some examples, either positive or negative, of either being involved in, or being on the receiving end of efforts to spread the faith? What was it that made the experience good or bad?
What can you learn from these verses that you can apply in reflecting Christ to other people?
What changes might you need to make in your life to truly invest in people?
Where in your life are you connected with others, such that you could influence them by your faith? What keeps you from talking about God or sharing the Gospel?
