Verse 1
There's nothing worth more that will ever come close
No thing can compare You're our living hope
Your Presence

Verse 2
I've tasted and seen of the sweetest of loves
Where my heart becomes free and my shame is undone
In Your Presence Lord

Holy Spirit You are welcome here
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere
Your glory God is what our hearts long for
To be overcome by Your Presence Lord

Your Presence Lord
Your Presence Lord
Your Presence
Oh God how we love Your Presence Lord

Let us become more aware of Your Presence
Let us experience the glory of Your goodness (Lord)

Verse 1
God have you abandoned
Are you still there
We're hoping and we're waiting
The world that you created
Is in despair
There's war and violence everywhere

Restore in us a new mind
When hatred seems to come
Create in us a pure heart
And let your kingdom come

Verse 2
There are people marching
Hands in the air
They are hurting they are scared
They are people trying
To understand
Why racial wars are here again

Let your Kingdom come
Let your Kingdom come

Online Giving

Here is a link to our secure online giving site:

We believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
begotten from the Father before all ages,
God from God,
Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made;
of the same essence as the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven;
he became incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary,
and was made human.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered and was buried.
The third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again with glory
to judge the living and the dead.
His kingdom will never end.

And we believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life.
He proceeds from the Father and the Son,
and with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified.
He spoke through the prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic church.
We affirm one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look forward to the resurrection of the dead,
and to life in the world to come. Amen.

RUSHING WIND - A Pentecost Responsive Reading

The coming of the Spirit marks the birth of God's Church.

We are filled, renewed and empowered by the Breath of God at work in us!

The coming of the Spirit means that the Presence of Christ indwells us.

We are transformed, healed and born anew by the Life of God moving within us.

The coming of the Spirit is revealed in a Church changing society with divine strength.

We are equipped, instructed and led to action by the Mission of God that has taken ahold within us!

We recognize, Lord, that without your Spirit we have no strength to bring lasting change.

To ourselves or to this world!

We recognize, Lord, that without your Spirit we have no capacity to convey hope.

To our families or to our neighbors around us!

Because of Pentecost, we remember that you are our Comforter, Counselor and Advocate.

We turn our hearts to you, Holy Spirit, and recognize that you are God.!

Baptized once in water, we welcome your transfiguring baptism of fire.

We lift our prayers aloud, asking for the same fire that compelled your Church in the beginning to compel us.!

We have begun this race by saying yes to Your call, Lord Christ. From this place of trust, we believe that you will complete the good work you have begun in Your Church.
This You will do by the ongoing work of Your Spirit, and we respond with joy to Your approach. We believe that You have commissioned us to act with You as healing agents in this world you so passionately love.
We believe that Your Church is built for speed and effectiveness – and we will follow where Your Spirit leads us. Let the rushing wind of your Spirit move through the temple of your Church, built of these living stones.
Rustle our spirits with Your call to love, refresh our souls with Your gift of love, and write on our hearts with Your law of love.

Verse 1
In the darkness we were waiting
Without hope without light
Till from Heaven You came running
There was mercy in Your eyes

To fulfil the law and prophets
To a virgin came the Word
From a throne of endless glory
To a cradle in the dirt

Praise the Father
Praise the Son
Praise the Spirit three in one
God of Glory
Praise forever to the King of Kings

Verse 2
To reveal the kingdom coming
And to reconcile the lost
To redeem the whole creation
You did not despise the cross

For even in Your suffering
You saw to the other side
Knowing this was our salvation
Jesus for our sake You died

Verse 3
And the morning that You rose
All of heaven held its breath
Till that stone was moved for good
For the Lamb had conquered death

And the dead rose from their tombs
And the angels stood in awe
For the souls of all who'd come
To the Father are restored

Verse 4
And the Church of Christ was born
Then the Spirit lit the flame
Now this Gospel truth of old
Shall not kneel shall not faint

By His blood and in His Name
In His freedom I am free
For the love of Jesus Christ
Who has resurrected me
