Lessons for a Young Preacher: The Work and Qualification of Elders
Paul outlines the qualifications for elders in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 along with similar instructions to Titus in chapter 1:5-9 of that epistle. These qualifications are in place so that the work of an elder can properly be accomplished. Tonight we'll look at what that work is and how these qualifications aid in that work.
