CONSECRATE YOURSELF
Consecrate definition:
- The devoting or setting apart of anything to the worship or service of God.
- Hebrews devoted their fields and cattle, and sometimes the spoil of war to the Lord (Lev. 27:28, 29).

How are we sanctified by His truth?
1. Dedicate your heart to God. Decide that you want to follow His ways.
2. Remove idols and distractions.
3. Repent: acknowledge sin, ask for forgiveness and turn away.
4. Worship God, declare to love Him, bless Him.

God is looking to be our friend. One condition: we need to ABIDE IN HIM.
Step away from sin, move closer to God.

Joshua saw a major challenge - same as us - feel like it's out of our control to conquer it.

When we willfully and knowingly continue to sin, God's hand can lift from our lives.
Remember Moses who also lifted his hands to win battle.

Journal your victories with God, always give thanks to Him.
When we consecrate ourselves and get to a "king" or strong sin in our lives, pray for a strategy from God. Don't try and do it yourself.
Pursue this enemy and completely destroy it.
Live in complete victory.
