RECAP: HAPPY TRAILS
Today we began a new series as we look at the Psalms of Ascent. These songs were like a mix tape or playlist for a road trip. The Israelites will sing these songs on their pilgrimage to Jerusalem to give them focus on their journey. These same scripture songs can give us focus on our journey as well.

Today we looked at Psalms 121. As we go through this crazy time, let it be a reminder that God is our only hope and only constant. He never sleeps. He’s always there and He’s greater than whatever we’re facing.

QUESTIONS:
1) What have you missed most during this Coronavirus Stay at Home time?
2) What has been most surprising? Or if you went back to January and someone told you this was going to happen, what would you have thought of that?
3) Read Psalms 121:1-8. In verse 1-2, what does it mean that God is our help?
4) We can put our hope in things that can so quickly fade away. God is our only constant. How has that been real to you in this season?
5) In verses 3-8, what promises did you see about God? What do they mean for you? What do they say about God?
6) How do you need to pivot? Have you put your hope in something that too quickly fades away?
