Principle one: The Principle of Ownership
In the Beginning of Genesis, God creates everything and puts Adam in the garden to work it and take care of it. It is clear that man was created to work and that work is the Stewardship of all the creation that God has given him.

This is the fundamental Principle of biblical stewardship. God owns everything, we are simply MANAGERS OR ADMINISTRATORS acting on his behalf.

Therefore Stewardship expresses our obedience regarding the administration of everything God has placed under our control.
Principle Two: The Principle of Responsibility
Although God gives us "all things richly to enjoy," nothing is ours. Nothing really belongs to us. God owns everything we're responsible for how we treat it and what we do with it. While we complain about our rights here on earth, the bible constanly asks, WHAT ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Owns have rights; stewards have responsibilities.
--Bill Peel
We are called as God's Stewards to manage that which belongs to God. while God has graciously entrusted us with the care, development and enjoyment of everything he owns as his stewards, we are responsible to manage his holdings well and according to his desire and purposes.
Principle Three: The Principle of Accountability
All the possessions God has given us, he will hold us accountable for what we do with them. Just as we hold our stock brokers accountable for the money you have entrusted in him/her to manage. God holds his children accountable for the passions he has entrusted us with.
Principle FourThe principle of reward
Everything we do, we do it unto the Lord. We are not serving man but God. Because of your obedieance to him you will be rewarded. you may not receive the reward down here on earth. But when you get to Heaven you better believe God has not forgotten about you.
