Tribe Talks:
- 20 20 20 structure
20 mins of tribe talk icebreaker hangouts -> announcements
20 mins of worship
20 mins of message
Tribe Talk 'Why':
- Create opportunity for teens to know/make a friend
- Create opportunity for students to get connected with a leader
- Create opportunity for teams to care for students in the week as they get their numbers
- Break up the usual feel and ambiance of IGNITE
- In order to change the dynamic for worship, if teens are already starting to get acquainted with each other, and with the help of following the leaders examples, can feel more comfortable to worship Jesus
- As we get teens to download the Bible app, we can utilize events to streamline everything into their phones. If we keep it engaging enough, teens will be locked in even if they want to be on their phone
What we'll need:
- Minimum (6-8 tribe-talk leaders per service)

What it'll look like:
10:10 - Leaders will be given a link to tribe talk questions (or paper if that's better)
Tribe talk questions will have ice breakers, and simple questions that will tie into the message (It will differ from mid-week tribe questions, as well as we will incorporate reading devotions in tribes)
Future Tribe talk ideas:
(Either to take over ice breakers/questions, or just ice breaker game)
Talk show/Game show ideas
Huge rally games where we split tribes against each other
Do small events which lead to a bigger event (I.e for 3 weeks its bring a friend to church weekend, whoever can bring the most friends to church on week 4 gets a prize)
Rep your school weekend

Deb & Dinda to send schedule of leader positions and who's leading who.
Area leaders will have oversight of different people for each service.
- Create separate whats app groups for your team to contact them

- Worship Together
- Pray Together
- Go over what volunteering @ takeover looks like and certain things to be aware of
