Some people think of the Christian life as being tourist on vacation at a resort.

“Finally, brethren put on the shorts of leisure, the silk shirt of comfort, the sandals of pleasure, the sun hat of peace, the sunglasses of ease, and don’t forget to apply the sun screen of protection.”
But the Bible describes the Christian life as being like a soldier on mission behind enemy lines.
