Ministry in an Online World

Ministry in an Online World is a special training event hosted by the Groups Ministry on Tuesday, May 5, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.  The special guest instructor for the evening is Dionne King, executive coach, professional speaker, and mediator in Kansas City.  Dionne has built a thriving executive coaching and consulting business using online communication to work with clients.In this training, she will share her expertise to encourage and equip participants to effectively do gospel ministry through online resources and meetings. COVID 19 has forced us to move to online meetings but this does not have to compromise the level of connection and care that we offer.Who should attend?- Small Group Leaders- Sunday Morning Adult Community Leaders- Women’s Bible Study Leaders- Men’s Bible Study Leaders- Student Ministry Group Leaders- Kid Connection Leaders- Elders, Deacons and Staff Registration is required for this event. Blood Drives

The American Red Cross is facing a blood shortage right now, and we want to help! First Free is hosting blood drives in the Activity Center on May 6, 8, 13, and 14 from 10 am 4 pm each day. Giving blood is by appointment only, and the Red Cross is taking every precaution to ensure safety. Make your appointment to give blood with the American Red Cross by visiting RedCrossBlood.org, using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS.

Women's Summer Bible Studies

One of the things we’ve learned during this pandemic is the importance of community. One of the best ways to find community in our church is joining a Group, like our women’s Bible study. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about God while also building relationships. Learn more at efree.org/events.

We wanted to remind you that RightNow Media has thousands of videos for your kids and loads of Bible studies for you to help you stay grounded in your faith during all of this stay at home time. Groups at First Free

Groups at First Free are a place to belong. Groups provide an environment for discipleship and study. They give opportunities for hospitality. They help us to grow and learn about God, the Bible, ourselves, and each other. Groups do not supplant the church, but they provide a setting where believers can more fully realize what it means to be the church. To learn more and find your fit, click the link below!

Care Team Counseling

Life often includes challenges that are too big to face alone. Our lay Care Team Counselors are trained to walk alongside and assist people who are in need of hope, care, and direction. Counselors are available by appointment every Wednesday evening - email care@efree.org.
