30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health StrugglesSample

Day 28: Be Confident
Philippians 1:6 NIV is a powerful verse that encouraged confidence in me when I was going through mental health challenges. It says, “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
This scripture tells us to be confident, and it gives us a reason why. The reason being that God started a good work in us, and He plans to finish it.
Therefore, be confident. Know that God started a good work in you and will complete it, even though you have mental health struggles. You are not counted out. God still plans to use you.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for starting a good work in me. Thank you for planning to complete it. I praise you for blessing me not to be disqualified from your plans because of my mental health struggles. Please bless me to be everything you created me to be. Thank you in advance. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
