30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health StrugglesSample

Day 26: God is Your Provider
During my mental health struggles, my finances were greatly impacted. Due to deep depression, I couldn’t maintain my job and was unemployed for 9 months. These 9 months, I truly experienced knowing God as my provider with unexpected checks in the mail and random gifts of money. I felt seen.
This reminded me of Philippians 4:19 NIV. It says, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” I can say that this is true indeed.
I don’t know what your circumstances are, but I encourage you to trust God as your provider. He loves you and will make sure your needs are met.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for being my provider. Show yourself mightily in my life. Bless me to tell of how you continuously provide for me every day, even through my mental health challenges. Thank you for everything you do. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
