30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health StrugglesSample

Day 27: You are Wonderful
Throughout the most difficult times of my mental health journey, I struggled with my confidence in myself. However, Psalms 139:13-14 NIV reminded me that I am wonderfully created. The verse says, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
You are wonderfully created as well. Your mental health struggles do not have to affect your confidence because God made you and created you. You are an image bearer of The One True Living God. So hold your head up when you walk in this world knowing that God created you in His image (Genesis 1:27).
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for creating me in your image. Because of this fact, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Please help me to have confidence despite my mental health struggles. Help me reflect you to the world. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
