30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health StrugglesSample

Day 15: Struggles are Temporary
I want to remind you that there is a season for everything. Ecclesiastes 3:1 NIV says it this way, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”
This signifies that seasons change, which is a good thing. Just like how there are 4 seasons in the weather, there are multiple seasons in our lives, meaning that your current struggles are temporary. They will not last forever. Praise God for change!
I do understand that not every change seems like a good one, but they are necessary to our growth and development. Remember Romans 8:28? God says that He will work all things out for our good. So, although seasons change in our lives, we can trust our Heavenly Father to work it all out.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for being with me throughout the various seasons of life. Please help me trust you through each high and low, valley and mountain, positive and negative changes in my life. Guide me through each of them. Thank you, Lord, for blessing these tough sessions to be only temporary. It’s in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
