Permission GrantedSample

(VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW)
Have you ever come home after a long day, dropped your backpack, and flopped onto your bed because you were just done? Life can feel exhausting—between school, friends, family, and everything you’re responsible for, it’s easy to feel like you don’t have a lot of freedom.
But Jesus offers a different kind of freedom—one that doesn’t mean you get to avoid responsibilities, but knowing you don’t have to carry everything alone. When life feels overwhelming, He invites you to bring your worries to Him. He gives rest, not by making all our problems disappear, but by reminding us that we’re not alone.
Today, think about one thing that’s been stressing you out lately. Then, spend a few moments talking to God about it—whether that’s through a prayer, a journal entry, or just thinking about it honestly. Ask for the peace and rest that Jesus promises, even when life feels heavy.
