God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 1 )Sample

1 Corinthians – Day 4
Paul describes the church as the body of Christ. We are all individual members of one body. We each have different roles to play, and no role is more important than another.
It is ridiculous to think of an eye trying to be a foot or a nose thinking it’s better than an ear. This is easy to understand in the context of the human body, but the same truths apply to the body of Christ. Comparison is the thief of joy, and competition is its accomplice.
As members of Christ’s body, we are part of a beautiful family and each has unique roles to play. There is no room for comparison or competition in this family!
What would your life look like if you truly understood God created you with a unique and important purpose?
