God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 1 )Sample

2 Corinthians – Day 4
There is great diversity within the body of Christ, even in our financial situations. Some Christians are called to steward larger amounts of wealth, while others are called to steward smaller amounts. But whether you are rich or poor, we are all called to generosity.
In the early church, Christians supported one another in accordance with each of their needs. Everyone gave what they were able to and received what they needed. This was birthed out of an understanding that all of it ultimately belongs to God. If we understand that everything belongs to God, generosity comes naturally.
Today, ask God to show you how to steward the resources He’s given you. Out of gratitude for the generosity God has bestowed upon us, pray for an opportunity to be generous to others.
