God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 1 )Sample

1 Corinthians – Day 3
Have you ever wondered what defines spiritual maturity and how you measure up? Is it a matter of Bible knowledge or how often you volunteer at church? Paul gives us a great gauge for this. He tells us that those who are caught up in jealousy and strife are nothing more than spiritual infants.
If you’re seeking spiritual maturity, ask yourself, "Do I seek unity and avoid quarrels? Do I rejoice in the successes of others? Do I avoid comparison and thank God for my blessings?"
As we grow in Christlikeness, jealousy and strife will be pushed aside. We won’t see ourselves in competition with other believers, and we won’t want what they have. We will trust fully in who God has made us to be and the season He has placed us in - this is a sure sign of spiritual maturity.
