God's Redemption Story (The Prophets)Sample

Jeremiah Week 3 – Day 1
Jeremiah 31 paints a beautiful picture of sweet restoration to the Lord and all the joy and healing that come with it. In the middle of Judah’s suffering, during their captivity among godless strangers, God describes in detail all the love He’s going to pour out on His people. Jeremiah says, “For the Lord will deliver Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they.”
We also have an enemy who is strong and attacks us daily. We regularly follow our own desires and chase after false gods. And we suffer the consequences. But the one true God has a plan to pour out His great love on us, and it all begins with the sacrifice of His Son Jesus. Will you accept the gift of life from the God who loves you?
