“Thirsty For More” Every day we encounter people who are on the hunt for satisfaction – in fact it is a journey we are all on. Jesus was aware of this fact, and it is clear in the way He interacted with people in his every day life. Today, Jesus promises us the same living water that He promised to the Samaritan woman. The water that He promises will never leave us feeling empty or unsatisfied. Before the woman could receive the living water, she had to confront her sins. Sin stands between us and the full satisfaction that is found in God. We must first acknowledge that we have failed and repent in order to drink the living water that Jesus offers to us. Pray - Would you have treated the Samaritan woman the same way Jesus treated her? Pray that God would give you opportunities to reach out to the misunderstood. - Pray a prayer of repentance and ask God to help you to turn to Him for true satisfaction.
