“Move It Or Lose It” Imagine that you have been told to do something that requires the help of a friend. However there is no one around and the task seems easy so you decide to do it by yourself. It is tiring and after a while you feel like giving up. The man in this story is tired of doing things alone. See what happens when Jesus comes into the picture. Perhaps you aren’t physically paralyzed like the man in the story. However, because of sin we are all paralyzed in some way. Only Jesus can restore us and make us whole. We may try to pull ourselves together, but without the help of Jesus, it is useless. The man in the story experienced this for himself. He had tried multiple times to get himself to a place where he could be healed, but it never worked. It was only when Jesus came along that he got better. Pray - Is there something that you need to be freed from? Imagine Jesus asking you, “Do you want to be made well?” Be honest and talk to Him about it. - Pray that God would show you the first step to truly being healed. Be obedient to what He says.
