Mae pawb sy’n cyrraedd y lle sydd gan Dduw iddyn nhw orffwys yn cael gorffwys o’u gwaith, yn union fel gwnaeth Duw ei hun orffwys ar ôl gorffen ei waith e. Felly gadewch i ni wneud ein gorau glas i fynd i’r lle saff hwn lle cawn ni orffwys. Bydd unrhyw un sy’n gwrthod dilyn Duw yn syrthio, fel y gwnaeth y bobl yn yr anialwch. Mae neges Duw yn fyw ac yn cyflawni beth mae’n ei ddweud. Mae’n fwy miniog na’r un cleddyf, ac yn treiddio’n ddwfn o’n mewn, i wahanu’r enaid a’r ysbryd, y cymalau a’r mêr.
