How long, LORD God Almighty, will your anger smolder against the prayers of your people? You have fed them with the bread of tears; you have made them drink tears by the bowlful.

O LORD God of hosts, how long will you be angry with your people’s prayers? You have fed them with the bread of tears and given them tears to drink in full measure.

O LORD God of Heaven’s Armies, how long will you be angry with our prayers? You have fed us with sorrow and made us drink tears by the bucketful.

LORD God of Armies, how long will you be angry with your people’s prayers?  You fed them the bread of tears and gave them a full measure  of tears to drink.

O LORD God of hosts, How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people? Thou feedest them with the bread of tears; And givest them tears to drink in great measure.

O LORD God of hosts, How long will You be angry Against the prayer of Your people? You have fed them with the bread of tears, And given them tears to drink in great measure.

GOD, God-of-the-Angel-Armies, how long will you smolder like a sleeping volcano while your people call for fire and brimstone? You put us on a diet of tears, bucket after bucket of salty tears to drink. You make us look ridiculous to our friends; our enemies poke fun day after day.

¶LORD God of armies, How long will You be angry with the prayer of Your people? You have fed them with the bread of tears, And You have made them drink tears in large measure.

¶O LORD God of hosts, How long will You be angry with the prayers of Your people? You have fed them the bread of tears, And You have made them drink [bitter] tears in abundance.

O LORD God, invincible warrior! How long will you remain angry at your people while they pray to you? You have given them tears as food; you have made them drink tears by the measure.
