When the kings joined forces, when they advanced together, they saw her and were astounded; they fled in terror. Trembling seized them there, pain like that of a woman in labor.

For behold, the kings assembled; they came on together. As soon as they saw it, they were astounded; they were in panic; they took to flight. Trembling took hold of them there, anguish as of a woman in labor.

The kings of the earth joined forces and advanced against the city. But when they saw it, they were stunned; they were terrified and ran away. They were gripped with terror and writhed in pain like a woman in labor.

Look! The kings assembled; they advanced together.  They looked and froze with fear; they fled in terror.  Trembling seized them there, agony like that of a woman in labor

For, lo, the kings were assembled, They passed by together. They saw it, and so they marvelled; They were troubled, and hasted away. Fear took hold upon them there, And pain, as of a woman in travail.

The kings got together, they united and came. They took one look and shook their heads, they scattered and ran away. They doubled up in pain like a woman having a baby.

¶For, behold, the kings arrived, They passed by together. They saw it, then they were amazed; They were terrified, they fled in a hurry. Panic seized them there, Anguish, as that of a woman in childbirth.

¶For, lo, the kings assembled themselves, They [came and] passed by together. They saw it, then they were amazed; They were stricken with terror, they fled in alarm. Panic seized them there, And pain, as that of a woman in childbirth.

For look, the kings assemble; they advance together. As soon as they see, they are shocked; they are terrified, they quickly retreat. Look at them shake uncontrollably, like a woman writhing in childbirth.
