Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

to the One who gives victory to kings, who delivers his servant David. From the deadly sword

Blessed be the LORD, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle

Praise the LORD, who is my rock. He trains my hands for war and gives my fingers skill for battle.
