So on the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho, Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them and said

These are the ones counted by Moses and Eleazar the priest when they counted the Israelites on the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho.

And Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying

These were those listed by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who listed the people of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.

So there on the plains of Moab beside the Jordan River, across from Jericho, Moses and Eleazar the priest issued these instructions to the leaders of Israel

Obeying GOD’s command, Moses and Eleazar the priest addressed them on the Plains of Moab at Jordan-Jericho: “Count off from age twenty and older.”
