Therefore this is what the LORD says about the people of Anathoth who are threatening to kill you, saying, “Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD or you will die by our hands”

Not even a remnant will be left to them, because I will bring disaster on the people of Anathoth in the year of their punishment.”

Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, and say, “Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, or you will die by our hand”

and none of them shall be left. For I will bring disaster upon the men of Anathoth, the year of their punishment.”

This is what the LORD says about the men of Anathoth who wanted me dead. They had said, “We will kill you if you do not stop prophesying in the LORD’s name.”

Not one of these plotters from Anathoth will survive, for I will bring disaster upon them when their time of punishment comes.”

Therefore, here is what the LORD says concerning the people of Anathoth  who intend to take your life. They warn, “Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD,  or you will certainly die at our hand.”

They will have no remnant, for I will bring disaster on the people of Anathoth  in the year of their punishment.”

Therefore thus saith the LORD of the men of Anathoth, that seek thy life, saying, Prophesy not in the name of the LORD, that thou die not by our hand

and there shall be no remnant of them: for I will bring evil upon the men of Anathoth, even the year of their visitation.

“Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the men of Anathoth who seek your life, saying, ‘Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, lest you die by our hand’

and there shall be no remnant of them, for I will bring catastrophe on the men of Anathoth, even the year of their punishment.’ ”

That sent a signal to GOD, who spoke up: “Here’s what I’ll do to the men of Anathoth who are trying to murder you, the men who say, ‘Don’t preach to us in GOD’s name or we’ll kill you.’ Yes, it’s GOD-of-the-Angel-Armies speaking. Indeed! I’ll call them to account: Their young people will die in battle, their children will die of starvation, and there will be no one left at all, none. I’m visiting the men of Anathoth with doom. Doomsday!”

That sent a signal to GOD, who spoke up: “Here’s what I’ll do to the men of Anathoth who are trying to murder you, the men who say, ‘Don’t preach to us in GOD’s name or we’ll kill you.’ Yes, it’s GOD-of-the-Angel-Armies speaking. Therefore this is what the LORD says concerning the people of Anathoth, who are seeking your life, saying: “Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, so that you do not die by our hand”

and a remnant will not be left to them, because I will bring disaster on the people of Anathoth—the year of their punishment.”

Therefore thus says the LORD regarding the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, saying, “Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, so that you will not die by our hand.”

and there will be no remnant [of the conspirators] left, for I will bring disaster and horror on the men of Anathoth in the year of their punishment.”

Then the LORD told me about some men from Anathoth who were threatening to kill me. They had threatened, “Stop prophesying in the name of the LORD or we will kill you!”

Not one of them will survive. I will bring disaster on those men from Anathoth who threatened you. A day of reckoning is coming for them.”
