When Lamech was 182 years old, he had a son. He named him Noah, saying, “This one will give us a break from the hard work of farming the ground that GOD cursed.” After Lamech had Noah, he lived another 595 years, having more sons and daughters. Lamech lived a total of 777 years. And he died.

and he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed. And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters

Now he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will give us rest from our work and from the toil of our hands arising from the ground which the LORD has cursed.” Then Lamech lived five hundred and ninety-five years after he became the father of Noah, and he had other sons and daughters.

Lamech named his son Noah and said, “He will comfort us in our work, which comes from the ground the LORD has cursed.” After Noah was born, Lamech lived 595 years and had other sons and daughters.

Lamech named his son Noah, for he said, “May he bring us relief from our work and the painful labor of farming this ground that the LORD has cursed.” After the birth of Noah, Lamech lived another 595 years, and he had other sons and daughters.

and named him Noah, saying, “He will relieve us from our hard work and painful toil, and from the ground that YAHWEH cursed.” Lamech lived an additional five hundred and ninety-five years after Noah was born and had many other sons and daughters.

and called his name Noah, saying, “Out of the ground that the LORD has cursed, this one shall bring us relief from our work and from the painful toil of our hands.” Lamech lived after he fathered Noah 595 years and had other sons and daughters.
