So the word of the LORD spoken to Jehu was fulfilled: “Your descendants will sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.”

(This was the promise of the LORD that he gave to Jehu, “Your sons shall sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.” And so it came to pass.)

So the LORD’s message to Jehu came true: “Your descendants will be kings of Israel down to the fourth generation.”

The word of the LORD that he spoke to Jehu was, “Four generations of your sons will sit on the throne of Israel,”  and it was so.

This was the word of the LORD which he spake unto Jehu, saying, Thy sons shall sit on the throne of Israel unto the fourth generation. And so it came to pass.

This was the word of the LORD which He spoke to Jehu, saying, “Your sons shall sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.” And so it was.

The rest of the life and times of Zechariah is written plainly in The Chronicles of the Kings of Israel. That completed the word of GOD that was given to Jehu, namely, “For four generations your sons will sit on the throne of Israel.” Zechariah was the fourth.

This is the word of the LORD which He spoke to Jehu, saying, “Your sons to the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.” And so it was.

This is [the fulfillment of] the word of the LORD which He spoke to Jehu, saying, “Your sons (descendants) shall sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.” And so it came to pass. [2 Kin 10:30]

His assassination brought to fulfillment the LORD’s word to Jehu, “Four generations of your descendants will rule over Israel.” That is exactly what happened.
