Part of anticipating that launch includes gradually giving them additional responsibilities and greater independence. Let’s think about preparing for the time when our children are officially grown.

Did you know it’s possible to be a Cultural Christian and not actually be saved? Cultural Christians may go to church, sing Christian songs, and talk about spiritual things. But that doesn’t mean they have given their life to Jesus and been born again. Someone may be saved, but they’re not living out their walk as a true disciple of Jesus. Real disciples follow the example set in the life of Jesus. If we aren’t careful, we will fall into the trap of being a Cultural Christian. It’s time to get unstuck from cultural Christianity and become a true disciple!
