I dedicate this devotional to my late friend and mentor, Loverna, who lived her life according to Biblical wisdom about the age-old problem, known as aging. In 2021, the global anti-aging market was valued at 62 billion U.S. dollars. The average American spends $15,000 in their lifetime. Together lets change this aging mindset.

We live in an anti-aging culture. We have anti-aging diets, anti-aging pills, anti-aging creams - all designed to keep people young, well at least young looking. So, I’ve decided to start a revolution and I hope you will join me. I’ve named my revolution “The Pro-Aging Revolution”.

The Bible is written by different authors and contains different genres of literature. The Basic Training Challenge takes you through books written by prophets and poets to learn more about God’s mission here on earth. Similar to your basic training, this plan will challenge you to get spiritually fit in God’s Word.
