One in thirteen people globally suffer from a form of anxiety disorder. There are three main reasons why we suffer from anxiety: fear, lack of trust and unbelief. This plan will look at each of these to see what the Bible says about them.

Which is worse – being scared or fearful? Being scared appears to be momentary and driven by our circumstances. It seems though, that fear has a deeper root, that extends down to our core beliefs. A common fear sounds like I will let my family down – but is it valid?
