Psalms 96
96
1Sing to Jehovah a new song, Sing to Jehovah all the earth.
2Sing to Jehovah, bless His name, Proclaim from day to day His salvation.
3Declare among nations His honour, Among all the peoples His wonders.
4For great [is] Jehovah, and praised greatly, Fearful He [is] over all gods.
5For all the gods of the peoples [are] nought, And Jehovah made the heavens.
6Honour and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and beauty in His sanctuary.
7Ascribe to Jehovah, O families of the peoples, Ascribe to Jehovah honour and strength.
8Ascribe to Jehovah the honour of His name, Lift up a present and come in to His courts.
9Bow yourselves to Jehovah, In the honour of holiness, Be afraid of His presence, all the earth.
10Say among nations, ‘Jehovah hath reigned, Also — established is the world, unmoved, He judgeth the peoples in uprightness.’
11The heavens joy, and the earth is joyful, The sea and its fulness roar.
12The field exulteth, and all that [is] in it, Then sing do all trees of the forest,
13Before Jehovah, for He hath come, For He hath come to judge the earth. He judgeth the world in righteousness, And the peoples in His faithfulness!

Psalm 96
1¶ O sing unto the Lord a new song; sing unto the Lord, all the earth.
2Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; show forth his saving health from day to day.
3Declare his glory among the Gentiles, his wonders among all peoples.
4For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.
5For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the Lord made the heavens.
6Honour and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
7Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the peoples, give unto the Lord the glory and the strength.
8Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; bring offerings, and come into his courts.
9O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; fear before him, all the earth.
10¶ Say among the Gentiles that the Lord reigns; he also has established the world, it shall not be moved; he shall judge the peoples righteously.
11Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar and the fullness thereof.
12Let the field be joyful and all that is therein; then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice
13before the Lord; for he has come, for he has come to judge the earth; he shall judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with his truth.
