Being a good leader isn’t easy. It requires courage, humility, integrity, and compassion. Jesus spoke of true leadership as having the ability to be a remarkable servant. As you read these meditations, Scriptures, and prayers, be encouraged that God will give you everything you need to face the challenges you encounter each day. Rest in his presence and you will find the strength to persevere in your service to others.

Christians are different. They can’t help it. When you’re in Christ and filled with the Spirit, it changes you. This leads to “weird ideas” and alternate beliefs about reality. This is probably the biggest deterrent to sharing the gospel—what if someone asks me something that I can’t answer? We also want to feel like we know the answers to questions, particularly questions about Jesus, the Bible, and faith, because we know how important it is. However, sometimes we don’t have the answers to the hardest questions. But God does.
