most beautiful of women?

We will seek him with you.

he feeds among the lilies.

lovely as Jerusalem,

5Turn your eyes away from me,

Your hair is like a flock of goats
streaming down from Gilead. # Sg 4:1
6Your teeth are like a flock of ewes
coming up from washing,
each one having a twin,

7Behind your veil, # Sg 4:3
your brow # Or temple, or cheek, or lips is like a slice of pomegranate.
8There are 60 queens
and 80 concubines # 1Kg 11:3
and young women # Or and virgins ; Sg 1:3 without number.
9But my dove, # Sg 2:14; 5:2 my virtuous one, is unique; # Pr 31:29
she is the favorite of her mother,
perfect to the one who gave her birth.
Women see her and declare her fortunate; # Gn 30:13
queens and concubines also, and they sing her praises:
