One in thirteen people globally suffer from a form of anxiety disorder. There are three main reasons why we suffer from anxiety: fear, lack of trust and unbelief. This plan will look at each of these to see what the Bible says about them.

It is such a grounding realisation to move from "I’m here" to "I belong." We'll meditate on three specific scriptures, looking at our sense of belonging from three different vantage points, to bridge the gap between our family dynamics/roles and our spiritual identity as Children of God.
