Psalm 95

Let Us Sing Songs of Praise
1Oh come, let us sing to the Lord;
let us #See Ps. 66:1 make a joyful noise to #Ps. 89:26; [Ps. 94:22]the rock of our salvation!
2Let us #Mic. 6:6 come into his presence with thanksgiving;
let us #[See ver. 1 above]make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!
3For the Lord is #Ps. 93:4; 135:5 a great God,
and a great King #Ps. 86:8; 96:4; 97:9; 2 Chr. 2:5above all gods.
4In his hand are the depths of the earth;
the heights of the mountains are his also.
5The sea is his, for #Gen. 1:9, 10; Jonah 1:9he made it,
and his hands formed #Gen. 1:9, 10; Jonah 1:9the dry land.
6Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
let us #2 Chr. 6:13; Dan. 6:10 kneel before the Lord, our #Ps. 100:3; 149:2; Deut. 32:6, 15, 18Maker!
7For he is our #Ps. 48:14 God,
and we are the people of his #See Ps. 74:1 pasture,
and the sheep of his hand.
# Cited Heb. 3:7-11, 15; 4:7 Today, if you #Num. 14:22hear his voice,

Ex. 9:34; 1 Sam. 6:6; 2 Chr. 36:13; Prov. 28:14 do not harden your hearts, as at #Ex. 17:7; Num. 20:13 Meribah,
as on the day at #Ex. 17:7; Deut. 6:16Massah in the wilderness,
9when your fathers put me to the #1 Cor. 10:9; [Ps. 78:18, 41, 56] test
and put me to the proof, though they had seen my #See Ps. 90:16; [Num. 14:22]work.

Acts 7:36; 13:18; Heb. 3:17; [Deut. 9:7] For forty years I loathed that generation
and said, “They are a people who go astray in their heart,
and they have not known #[Ps. 81:13]my ways.”
11Therefore I #Num. 14:23, 28, 30; Deut. 1:35; Cited Heb. 3:11; 4:3, 5 swore in my wrath,
“They shall not enter #Deut. 12:9my rest.”
