1And these are the sons of Israel: Ruben, Simeon, Levi, Juda, Issachar, and Zabulon,
2Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephtali, Gad, and Aser.
3The sons of Juda: Her, Onan, and Sela. These three were born to him of the Chanaanitess the daughter of Sue. And Her, the firstborn of Juda, was wicked in the sight of the Lord, and he slew him.
4And Thamar his daughter-in-law bore him Phares and Zara. So all the sons of Juda were five.
5And the sons of Phares were Hesron, and Hamul.
6And the sons also of Zara: Zamri, and Ethan, and Eman, and Chalchal, and Dara, five in all.
7And the sons of Charmi: Achar, who troubled Israel, and sinned by the theft of the anathema.
8The sons of Ethan: Azarias.
9And the sons of Hesron that were born to him: Jerameel, and Ram, and Calubi.
10And Ram begot Aminadab, and Aminadab begot Nahasson, prince of the children of Juda.
11And Nahasson begot Salma, the father of Booz.
12And Booz begot Obed, and Obed begot Isai.
13And Isai begot Eliab his firstborn, the second Abinadab, the third Simmaa,
14The fourth, Nathanael, the fifth Raddai,
15The sixth Asom, the seventh David.
16And their sisters were Sarvia, and Abigail. The sons of Sarvia: Abisai, Joab, and Asael, three.
17And Abigail bore Amasa, whose father was Jether the Ismahelite.
18And Caleb the son of Hesron took a wife named Azuba, of whom he had Jerioth: and her sons were Jaser, and Sobab, and Ardon.
19And when Azuba was dead, Caleb took to wife Ephrata: who bore him Hur.
20And Hur begot Uri: and Uri begot Bezeleel.
21And afterwards Hesron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Galaad, and took her to wife when he was threescore years old: and she bore him Segub.
22And Segub beget Jair, and he had three and twenty cities in the land of Galaad.
23And he took Gessur, and Aram the towns of Jair, and Canath, and the villages thereof, threescore cities. All these, the sons of Machir father of Galaad.
24And when Hesron was dead, Caleb went in to Ephrata. Hesron also had to wife Abia, who bore him Ashur the father of Thecua.
25And the sons of Jerameel the firstborn of Hesron were Ram his firstborn, and Buna, and Aram, and Asom, and Achia.
26And Jerameel married another wife, named Atara, who was the mother of Onam.
27And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerameel were Moos, Jamin, and Achar.
28And Onam had sons Semei, and Jada. And the sons of Semei: Nadab, and Abisur.
29And the name of Abisur's wife was Abihail, who bore him Ahobban, and Molid.
30And the sons of Nadab were Saled, and Apphaim. And Saled died without children.
31But the son of Apphaim was Jesi: and Jesi begot Sesan. And Sesan beget Oholai.
32And the sons of Jada the brother of Semei: Jether and Jonathan. And Jether also died without children.
33But Jonathan beget Phaleth, and Ziza. These were the sons of Jerameel.
34And Sesan had no sons, but daughters and a servant an Egyptian, named Jeraa.
35And he gave him his daughter to wife: and she bore him Ethei.
36And Ethei begot Nathan, and Nathan begot Zabad.
37And Zabad begot Ophlal, and Ophlal begot Obed.
38Obed begot Jehu, Jehu begot Azarias.
39Azarias begot Helles, and Helles begot Elasa.
40Elasa begot Sisamoi, Sisamoi begot Sellum,
41Sellum begot Icamia, and Icamia begot Elisama.
42Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerameel were Mesa his firstborn, who was the father of Siph: and the sons of Maresa father of Hebron.
43And the sons of Hebron Core, and Thaphua, and Recem, and Samma.
44And Samma begot Raham, the father of Jercaam, and Recem begot Sammai.
45The son of Sammai, Maon. And Maon the father of Bethsur.
46And Epha the concubine of Caleb bore Haran, and Mosa, and Gezez. And Haran begot Gezez.
47And the sons of Jahaddai: Rogom, and Joathan, and Gesan, and Phalet, and Epha, and Saaph.
48And Maacha the concubine of Caleb bore Saber, and Tharana.
49And Saaph the father of Madmena begot Sue the father of Machbena, and the father of Gabaa. And the daughter of Caleb was Achsa.
50These were the sons of Caleb, the son of Hur the firstborn of Ephrata: Sobal the father of Cariathiarim.
51Salma the father of Bethlehem, Hariph the father of Bethgader.
52And Sobal the father of Cariathiarim had sons: he that saw half of the places of rest.
53And of the kindred of Cariathiarim, the Jethrites, and Aphuthites, and Semathites, and Maserites. Of them came the Saraites, and Esthaolites.
54The sons of Salma, Bethlehem, and Netophathi, the crowns of the house of Joab, and half of the place of rest of Sarai.
55And the families of the scribes that dwell in Jabes, singing and making melody, and abiding in tents. These are the Cinites, who came of Calor (Chamath) father of the house of Rechab.

(Genesis 35.22-26)
1These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Is´sachar, and Zeb´ulun, 2Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naph´tali, Gad, and Asher.
The Descendants of Judah
3The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shu´a the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the Lord; and he slew him. 4And Tamar his daughter-in-law bare him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.
5The sons of Pharez; Hezron, and Hamul. 6And the sons of Zerah; Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all. 7#Josh 7.1. And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed. 8And the sons of Ethan; Azari´ah.
9The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerah´meel, and Ram, and Chelu´bai. 10And Ram begat Ammin´adab; and Ammin´adab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah; 11and Nahshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Boaz, 12and Boaz begat Obed, and Obed begat Jesse. 13And Jesse begat his firstborn Eli´ab, and Abin´adab the second, and Shimma the third, 14Nethan´e-el the fourth, Rad´dai the fifth, 15Ozem the sixth, David the seventh: 16whose sisters were Zeru-i´ah, and Ab´igail. And the sons of Zeru-i´ah; Ab´ishai, and Jo´ab, and As´ahel, three. 17And Ab´igail bare Ama´sa: and the father of Ama´sa was Jether the Ish´maelite.
18And Caleb the son of Hezron begat children of Azu´bah his wife, and of Jer´i-oth: her sons are these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon. 19And when Azu´bah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur. 20And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bez´aleel.
21And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gil´e-ad, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub. 22And Segub begat Ja´ir, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gil´e-ad. 23And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Ja´ir, from them, with Kenath, and the towns thereof, even threescore cities. All these belonged to the sons of Machir the father of Gil´e-ad. 24And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb–eph´ratah, then Abi´ah Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Teko´a.
25And the sons of Jerah´meel the firstborn of Hezron were, Ram the firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahi´jah. 26Jerah´meel had also another wife, whose name was At´arah; she was the mother of Onam. 27And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerah´meel were, Ma´az, and Jamin, and Eker. 28And the sons of Onam were, Sham´mai, and Jada. And the sons of Sham´mai; Nadab, and Abi´shur. 29And the name of the wife of Abi´shur was Ab´ihail, and she bare him Ahban, and Molid. 30And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Ap´pa-im: but Seled died without children. 31And the sons of Ap´pa-im; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ah´lai. 32And the sons of Jada the brother of Sham´mai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children. 33And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerah´meel. 34Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha. 35And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bare him At´tai. 36And At´tai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad, 37and Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed, 38and Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azari´ah, 39and Azari´ah begat Helez, and Helez begat Ele-a´sah, 40and Ele-a´sah begat Sis´amai, and Sis´amai begat Shallum, 41and Shallum begat Jekami´ah, and Jekami´ah begat Elish´ama.
42Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerah´meel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mare´shah the father of Hebron. 43And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tap´pu-ah, and Rekem, and Shema. 44And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jor´ko-am: and Rekem begat Sham´mai. 45And the son of Sham´mai was Ma´on: and Ma´on was the father of Beth–zur. 46And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez. 47And the sons of Jah´dai; Regem, and Jotham, and Gesham, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Sha´aph. 48Ma´achah, Caleb's concubine, bare Sheber, and Tir´hanah. 49She bare also Sha´aph the father of Madman´nah, Sheva the father of Machbe´nah, and the father of Gib´e-a: and the daughter of Caleb was Achsa.
50These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the firstborn of Eph´ratah; Shobal the father of Kir´jath–je´arim, 51Salma the father of Bethlehem, Hareph the father of Beth–ga´der. 52And Shobal the father of Kir´jath–je´arim had sons; Ha-ro´eh, and half of the Manahe´thites. 53And the families of Kir´jath–je´arim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shu´mathites, and the Mish´ra-ites; of them came the Zare´athites, and the Eshta´ulites. 54The sons of Salma; Bethlehem, and the Netoph´athites, At´aroth, the house of Jo´ab, and half of the Manahe´thites, the Zorites. 55And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Ti´rathites, the Shim´e-athites, and Su´chathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
