This three-day devotional plan draws from the powerful themes of A Legacy of Faith and Justice, a book that shines a light on Pan-African leaders who have been instrumental in the fight to end hunger. Through scripture, reflection, and prayer, this plan explores the deep connection between faith, justice, and advocacy.

Biola University's Center for Christianity, Culture & the Arts is pleased to share the annual Advent Project, a daily devotional series celebrating the beauty and meaning of the Advent season through art, music, poetry, prayer, Scripture, and written devotions. The project starts on the first day of Advent and continues through Epiphany. Our goal is to help individuals quiet their hearts and enter into a daily routine of worship and reflection during this meaningful but often hectic season. Our prayer is that the project will help ground you in the unsurpassable beauty, mystery, and miracle of the Word made flesh.

Flawed but Called invites us into the raw, real stories of the Book of Judges - where imperfect people were used by a perfect God. In a time of chaos and compromise, God still raised up deliverers. Their flaws didn’t disqualify them; His call did not waver. As we journey through Judges, may we see that our weaknesses don’t limit God’s power - they make room for His grace to shine.
