PSALMS 42:2

Do you ever have a hard time finding something you think you’ve lost? These guided meditations are a contemplation on seeking after what is hidden. Even if it is hidden in plain sight for you to find. These meditations will be an encouragement to keep seeking with your heart, your whole heart, and nothing but your heart for its possible that what you are seeking has already been found.

Lots of people are simply making it. They are not thriving at life–they are just surviving life. Do you find yourself in that group–the group that is just surviving? There is a way to thrive no matter what your circumstances may be. The Bible calls it an “overcoming spirit.”

When we experience suffering it can be difficult to know how to respond. Our hearts ache; we feel lost and alone. Let’s look at the Word and see examples throughout scripture of how to suffer well.

When I started fasting, I didn't understand the purpose of it. I was simply participating in an activity in my church. Since then, I have discovered the power of fasting, and its impact on my life has been enormous. I invite you to discover with me one aspect of fasting: the development of spiritual hunger.
