How do we do that, though, when even our daily lives seem to be one constant commotion after another? With chaos seeming to rule all over the world: wars, persecution, shortages, famine, etc; we need to know if we’ll get through this life, and if God cares. The overwhelming conclusion is “Yes, God will make all things right!” Walk with us through scripture passages that encourage us to lift our eyes and rejoice in His sovereignty over all things.

Some people joke that they’d rather be in hell drinking with their buddies than in heaven with stuffy saints. But these people are completely blind to its reality and meaning. Hell is real, and we’d better take it seriously. The Bible does not describe hell to scare us, but to warn us. And that is also the purpose of this reading plan!
