2. Mozus 2:9

Moses was the "savior" that God had appointed to rescue his people from slavery in Egypt. But Moses was born under a decree of death! Pharaoh commanded that all the male children of Israel must be thrown into the Nile River. However, God delivered the infant Moses through the waters of death and raised him up to the royal house of Pharaoh in a glorious picture of resurrection! Discover how the birth of Moses anticipated the coming of the True Savior, Jesus, who also escaped a king's decree of death as an infant!

A devotion centred on matters pertaining to gynaecological health and the love God has for women. Reminding women that they’re created wonderfully complex and can glorify God through their lives.

What does the term ‘calling’ mean? Is it an audible voice? A dream? An ecstatic experience? How can I discern God’s calling for my life? Moses lived a purposeful life after that ‘burning bush’ experience, but does that discount all the previous years? Here are some lessons that can help us understand our calling, based on Moses’ life.

We all know that Moses was a great leader, used by the LORD to help the people of Israel. But all too often we forget about his initial struggles and how they shaped his character. This short devotional looks at the lessons we can learn from Moses' early life and challenges. This devotional is an amended extract from an upcoming book by Jean Kabasomi.
