Have you reached a point of emotional brokenness and hidden pain? Are you crying for the Lord to heal you and give you some light of hope? I pray these guided biblical meditations will help you return to sanity by accepting that Christ absorbs your agony and your judgment. He has taken on the full weight of your self-condemnation. He cries your tears, takes your grieving, and brings you peace.

When we experience suffering it can be difficult to know how to respond. Our hearts ache; we feel lost and alone. Let’s look at the Word and see examples throughout scripture of how to suffer well.

Have you ever wondered if you really matter to God? Sometimes we can question everything we once knew, doubting ourselves, others, and even our faith. When you feel overcome with confusion, you need to know there’s a God who understands and can handle anything you can throw at Him. In this plan, you will learn no doubt is too big or strong for God to help you overcome.
