Are you wishing your family could go complaint-free and adopt hearts of gratitude? Use her practical tips and encouragement to get started on your own quest in this easy 5-day plan.
No one enjoys the pain of brokenness. But God doesn't break us to cause undue pain. He breaks us because he loves us. He breaks us to bless us. God chips away at anything in our lives that prevents us from finding our true purpose and love for him. If you are going through a season of brokenness, know that God is working things together for your good.
#PraySweatEatRepeat is about the power of cultivating godly habits. Through prayer, exercise, healthy food choices, and being intentional in how we live our lives we find an abundance of peace, joy, and strength with which we can serve Him for all the days of our lives.
