Numbers 20:2

If you've been single for a long stretch of time, you may be asking God some questions. If you've wondered the purpose of your waiting, you're just like me. In this devotion, we'll discuss the mountains and the valleys of waiting through the stories of Moses, Ruth, Jacob, Paul, and Abraham.

The Bible doesn't shy away from the reality of masculine instincts nor all of the ways those instincts can lead to destruction. Examining the lives of five men of the Bible, The 5 Masculine Instincts shows that these men aren't masculine role models or heroes but are men who wrestled with their own desires and, by faith, matured them into something better.

Perseverance is the key so that our Christian faith does not waver amid difficult situations. Perseverance will also train the capacity of our faith and heart to be ready to receive God's miracles. Through this "Walking with Jesus" devotional series, we will learn to be believers who always persevere in any situation with the power of God's words.

We all have excuses as to why we cannot move when God tells us to. “I’m not qualified” or “I’m still getting training in that area”. We think that our limitations are God’s limitations and we stop moving. In Plan 4 of Learning from the Old Testament Greats, we see Moses’ journey from fearful to faithful. We learn from his life how one “grows as they go”.
