We will reflect on how wise words stimulate healing, while harsh words stir up anger and pain. Finally, we will contemplate Biblical best practices for taming the tongue.

We build trust in our relationship with our spouse through words and actions. One way that we can cultivate confidence is by taking steps to avoid succumbing to temptations. We can also initiate words of appreciation, encouragement, and reassurance. This week, let's consider ideas for approaching this “action plan” to demonstrate our love for one another.
