At the core of it, discipleship is taking care of and tending all the things Jesus commanded us. Yet how can we know what to do if we don't know His words? That is why we're exploring all of Jesus' words across the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Each day includes a Bible narration from Ps Mark Varughese of the words of Jesus. We all have expectations. Whether it has to do with people, with events – with how life should be. And most of the time, what unfolds isn’t exactly how we expected. How do you choose a gift for someone during Christmas time? What makes a gift special? It is knowing that the giver went out of their way. Or in Mark Batterson's words, a "gift of inconvenience". In this Plan, we will explore ways to make sure that you give meaningful gifts this Christmas.

As we take the time to be with the Lord each day and allow His Word to be the last word in our decisions, He will not let us down. His gentle and firm reminders of what works, and doesn't, in our attitudes and actions are exactly what we need to be successful and live a life worthy of His calling. Two minutes can make a big difference!
