Ḥazon (Revelation) 14
14
1And I looked and saw a Lamb standing on Mount Tsiyon, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s Name#Some texts read: having His Name and His Father’s Name. written upon their foreheads.
2And I heard a voice out of the heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder, and I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.
3And they sang a renewed song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders. And no one was able to learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
4They are those who were not defiled with women, for they are maidens. They are those following the Lamb wherever He leads them on. They were redeemed from among men, being first-fruits to Elohim and to the Lamb.
5And in their mouth was found no falsehood, for they are blameless before the throne of Elohim.
6And I saw another messenger flying in mid-heaven, holding the everlasting Good News to announce to those dwelling on the earth, even to every nation and tribe and tongue and people,
7saying with a loud voice, “Fear Elohim and give esteem to Him, because the hour of His judgment has come. And worship Him who made the heaven and the earth, and sea, and fountains of water.”
8And another messenger followed, saying, “Baḇel is fallen, is fallen,#Isa. 21:9#See also Jer. 51:8 that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her whoring.”
9And a third messenger followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark upon his forehead or upon his hand,
10he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of Elohim, which is poured out undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he shall be tortured with fire and sulphur before the set-apart messengers and before the Lamb.
11“And the smoke of their torture goes up forever and ever. And they have no rest day or night, those worshipping the beast and his image, also if anyone receives the mark of his name.”
12Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones,#See also Rev. 12:17 here are those guarding the commands of Elohim and the belief of יהושע.
13And I heard a voice out of the heaven saying to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Master from now on.’ ” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “in order that they rest from their labours, and their works follow with them.”
14And I looked and saw a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was One like the Son of Aḏam,#Dan. 7:13 having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.
15And another messenger came out of the Dwelling Place, crying with a loud voice to the One sitting on the cloud, “Send Your sickle and reap, because the hour has come for You to reap, because the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
16And the One sitting on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.
17And another messenger came out of the Dwelling Place which is in the heaven, and he too held a sharp sickle.
18And another messenger came out from the slaughter-place, having authority over the fire, and he cried with a loud cry to him having the sharp sickle, saying, “Send your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, because her grapes are ripe.”
19And the messenger thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of Elohim.
20And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, up to the bridles of the horses, for about one thousand six hundred stadia#Approx. 296 kilometres or 184 miles.

The Lamb and the 144,000
1#Rev 3:12; Ps 2:6Then I looked. The Lamb was standing on Mount Zion and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. 2#Rev 1:15; 5:8And I heard a sound from heaven, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of a great thunder. I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. 3#Rev 5:9; 2:17; 14:1They sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn that song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. 4#Rev 3:4; 2Co 11:2; Jas 1:18These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, as first fruits to God and to the Lamb. 5#Ps 32:2; Zep 3:13No lie was found in their mouths, for they are without fault before the throne of God.
The Messages of the Three Angels
6#Rev 8:13; 3:10Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the eternal gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth, to every nation and tribe and tongue and people. 7#Rev 15:4; 4:11; 11:18He said with a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, for the hour of His judgment has come. Worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.”
8#Isa 21:9; Jer 51:7–8Another angel followed, saying, “ ‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon, that Great City,’#Isa 21:9. because she made all the nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality.”
9#Rev 14:11A third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10#Isa 51:17; Rev 18:6; Ps 11:6he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out in full strength into the cup of His anger. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11#Isa 34:10; Rev 19:3The smoke of their torment will ascend forever and ever. They have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image and whoever receives the mark of his name.” 12#Rev 12:17; 13:10Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
13#1Co 15:18; 1Th 4:16Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.”
“Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their works follow them.”
The Harvest of the Earth
14#Rev 1:13; 6:2I looked. And there was a white cloud, and on the cloud sat One like a Son of Man, having on his head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle. 15#Jer 51:33; Joel 3:13Then another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap. The time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” 16So He who sat on the cloud thrust His sickle on the earth, and the earth was harvested.
17Another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven. He also had a sharp sickle. 18#Joel 3:13; Rev 16:8Yet another angel who had authority over fire came out from the altar. He cried with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, “Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe.” 19The angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vintage of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20#La 1:15; Rev 11:8The winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, up to the horses’ bridles, for one hundred and eighty-six miles.#Gk. 1,600 stadia or 300 kilometers.
